His experience and knowledge provide guidance, thought-provoking discussion points and materials as tools to assist in self-evaluation. The exercises presented are designed to strengthen boards, thoughtfully engage board members in fundraising and align strategic planning with operations. Many workshop attendees also comment on how they benefit from the networking opportunities. Board members and executive directors want to attend year after year as Chuck’s passion enlightens new members and offers past attendees a fresh look at their organization’s strengths and weaknesses. Chuck’s 2019 seminar was presented to more than 150 Lake County attendees.
